Zeinab Rabani is Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Founders Running Club. Based in Germany, she brings experience in AI, data strategy, operations, project management, and international community building.
She leads global operations across more than 50 chapter leaders, supporting community growth, engagement, brand presence, and cross-regional collaboration. Her background also includes data-driven initiatives, European project coordination, forecasting, data quality, and AI governance.
Zeinab focuses on turning complex business and technical challenges into clear strategies and scalable systems. She is also active as a PyData Hamburg organizer, marathon runner.
